Game play
Each researcher has four action points that they allocate to eight different actions.
The eight actions are divided into two major types
Personnel scheduling: driving, direct flights to the airport, charter flights, shuttle to the institute.
Anti-epidemic measures: establish research institutes, treat patients, exchange information, and develop antidotes.
Draw two cards from your hand. If you draw the "Epidemic" card, you must execute it immediately.
If there are more than seven cards in the hand, discard the extra cards in the hand, then turn over the infection card pile and execute the infection phase.
Winning conditions
Researchers can win as long as they create the antidote before the following three situations occur.
1. One of the virus indicators has been taken.
2. When the hand card library is exhausted and the player cannot draw two cards from the card library.
3. The virus breaks out too many times, and the outbreak indicator moves to the position of the skull.
