Rainbow Town Happy City

In order to build the happiest city, you have to collect cards with residents [people] and satisfaction [hearts]. At the end of the game, the multiplied value of the two is your score, and the player with the highest score wins.

The game is simple and direct. Each round, players will follow the cards you have to gain income, and then players will perform the following actions in sequence:

1. Players may discard a face-up building in the center area
2. Players can then draw cards from any deck to ensure there are three cards on the field.
3. Then you must buy a face-up building or no cards, and get 1 dollar from the supply pile.

The game continues until someone has ten cards. The player with the highest score wins. It is a light strategy game for up to 5 people that is very fast and easy to learn.
