Tokaido

There are 53 campsites along Tokaido . Each campsite is equipped with post horses and messengers for replacement. There are accommodation places for officials and tourists, as well as teahouses and shops. Due to the endless flow of people, these 53 shrines were once bustling during the Edo period. Later, due to the development of roads and railways, the dormitory gradually declined and now it has become a tourist destination.

This is a chess and card collecting game. The player is a traveler who sets out from Kyoto and destination is Edo. Players can experience various experiences along the Tokaido. Players will witness magnificent scenery, taste authentic food, buy local specialties, soak in comfortable hot springs, and meet various characters.
