腦洞量表是一款合作遊戲，所有玩家都屬於同一隊伍。

出題者拿取一張主題牌，並大聲唸出內容。接著所有玩家隨機抽取一張數字牌。各自秘密地查看並根據題目說出或表演出符合數字程度的答案。接著，出題者按照自己的主觀判斷，依小至大順序翻開每個人抽到的數字牌。成功完成就可以過一關，不然每錯一次就把一枚獨角獸指示物翻到大便那一面。完成５輪遊戲後，玩家還有剩餘的獨角獸指示物時，所有人贏得遊戲！
